“From the beginning to the end, Robin Jetter and his team at CCNB made the mortgage application process as smooth and worry-free as possible.  First, it had been a while since my wife and I applied for a mortgage (we don’t move that often); much has changed.  The team at CCNB was very patient, answering our numerous ‘what is this’ questions. 

However, two things drove me to write this review. First, my 81-year-old mother was unexpectedly admitted to the hospital and ultimately placed in hospice – halfway across the country.  Robin and his team; at our request, moved up the settlement date on our purchase without hesitation so we could get to my mother.  The closing documents were completed absolutely error-free. That was truly a direct application of the motto ‘We Can Do That’.

Secondly, even after the process was complete, the CCNB excellent service did not end. After flying to my mother’s Hospice facility, an insurance company needed some documentation. Unfortunately, all the documentation was left in North Myrtle Beach.  One phone call to Robin and what I heard was ‘Jim I’ll take care of this. Go take care of your mother.’  That is the CCNB personal touch.

BTW, we have not met Robin Jeter or his team at CCNB in person. The whole transaction has been done remotely.  It is refreshing to work with a bank that is up-to-date and comfortable with technology and still retains a Southern community spirit and a personal human touch. We highly recommend CCNB.”
