About Megan Jacobsen – Megan has been in the mortgage industry serving clients since 2006. She is a Myrtle Beach native so she knows the Grand Strand market intimately. Her father, Dave Brunko, founded Investors Mortgage Company in the early ’80s which served the local mortgage market for over 30 years before merging with Coastal Carolina National Bank in 2012. Megan worked alongside her father part-time through her school years and joined the company full time upon graduation from The College of Charleston in 2006 with a degree in Business Administration and a focus on Finance. Megan has taken on every role in the mortgage industry, from loan origination, loan processing to closings, giving her a well-versed foundation for the mortgage loan process and practices. She is 100% focused on retail mortgage banking, delivering exceptional mortgage service, and is committed to responsible lending practices. Megan enjoys raising her two children and spending time boating, working out, and going to the beach. She also spends her free time traveling with friends and family.
