COMMERCIAL LOAN PORTFOLIO MANAGER – Myrtle Beach, SC

CCNB, Coastal Carolina National Bank, is an established and growing community bank. We are seeking a full-time, Commercial Loan Portfolio Manager in Myrtle Beach to join our dynamic team. The position will work closely with the bank’s credit department and commercial lending team to properly underwrite and manage this market’s commercial loan portfolio and grow the bank’s commercial lending market.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Effectively manage commercial loan portfolio to ensure proper loan performance by collecting annual financial statements, analyzing the loan relationship and completing ARRs on an annual basis.
• Look for ways to enhance and deepen existing banking relationships of all clients in the loan portfolio.
• After thorough credit analysis, prepare the Credit Approval Report and narrative for loan approval consideration.
• Underwrite and analyze market commercial loan requests and recommend approval or declination.
• Work with City Executive and Treasury Services Officer on making joint calls to solicit new commercial deposit and loan relationships from existing customers and new prospects.
• Diligently work any past due loans for payments on an ongoing basis.
• Handle commercial loan appraisal reviews and preparation of in-house evaluations for loans in the market.
• Ensure in-house evaluations are emailed to borrowers as required.
• Look for opportunities to generate new loan and deposit relationships from new prospects through community involvement activities.
• Coordinate all market construction line of credit draws as outlined in loan procedures by engaging inspector, reviewing inspection and completing draw advances.

EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting or Financial Management
• 3 years experience in commercial loan underwriting, cash flow analysis, and commercial loan documentation
• Experience in community involvement activities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

LOAN ASSISTANT – Myrtle Beach, SC

SENIOR LOAN ASSOCIATE – Myrtle Beach, SC

CCNB, an established and growing South Carolina community bank, seeks a full-time Senior Loan Associate at its Myrtle Beach location.

The Senior Loan Associate will be a senior member in the Loan Servicing and Processing areas.  Processing includes, but is not limited to, preparing and boarding all commercial and consumer loans.  Servicing includes but is not limited to helping both internal and external customers, escrow, PMI, insurance tracking and force placement, documentation imaging, documentation exception review and clearing, HMDA review and reporting, CRA review and reporting, reviewing commercial and consumer loans for documentation and compliance, and credit bureau reporting.

Lending Compliance: Must have a strong knowledge of all Federal regulations related to Loan Preparation (Commercial and Consumer – non-TRID) and Loan Servicing (commercial, consumer, and mortgage).  Knowledge of SC regulations is a bonus.

Computer Skills:
• Microsoft Word and Excel skills are required, with an emphasis on the ability to write formulas and macros
• Laser Pro: user and admin knowledge, at least 5 years preferred
• Fiserv Navigator: user and admin knowledge, at least 5 years preferred
• Business Analytics: ability to write loan reports
• Contracts: CRA and HMDA modules
• eOscar: responds to disputes, acts as an admin

COMMERCIAL RELATIONSHIP MANAGER – Myrtle Beach, SC

CCNB, a growing community bank is seeking a Commercial Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Lending team in our Myrtle Beach market. This position will be responsible for commercial loan production and new commercial deposit generation. They will collect and analyze applicant financial information and recommend approval of commercial loan requests. The incumbent will be responsible for extensive portfolio management and underwriting of commercial loan applications.

Minimum job requirements/experience:

• Five years of successful commercial lending and deposit gathering experience.
• Proficient knowledge of commercial loan underwriting and cash flow analysis.
• Bachelors Degree preferred.

CCNB, an established, growing community bank is seeking an experienced Loan Processor in the Greenville market. This position is responsible for preparing consumer and commercial loan packages for the front line and ensuring all documents are completed accurately and signed prior to issuing loan proceeds.

Minimum job requirements/experience: Minimum 2 years of loan documentation preparation, strong knowledge of lending compliance, adaptability to ever-changing deadlines, and ability to work independently. Finastra Laser Pro and Fiserv Navigator experience preferred.
