SENIOR LOAN ASSOCIATE – Myrtle Beach, South Carolina (Actively recruiting)

CCNB, an established and growing South Carolina community bank, seeks a full-time Senior Loan Associate at its Myrtle Beach location.

The Senior Loan Associate will be a senior member in the Loan Servicing and Processing areas.  Processing includes, but is not limited to, preparing and boarding all commercial and consumer loans.  Servicing includes but is not limited to helping both internal and external customers, escrow, PMI, insurance tracking and force placement, documentation imaging, documentation exception review and clearing, HMDA review and reporting, CRA review and reporting, reviewing commercial and consumer loans for documentation and compliance, and credit bureau reporting.

Lending Compliance: Must have a strong knowledge of all Federal regulations related to Loan Preparation (Commercial and Consumer – non-TRID) and Loan Servicing (commercial, consumer, and mortgage).  Knowledge of SC regulations is a bonus.

Computer Skills:
• Microsoft Word and Excel skills are required, with an emphasis on the ability to write formulas and macros
• Laser Pro: user and admin knowledge, at least 5 years preferred
• Fiserv Navigator: user and admin knowledge, at least 5 years preferred
• Business Analytics: ability to write loan reports
• Contracts: CRA and HMDA modules
• eOscar: responds to disputes, acts as an admin

SENIOR COMMERCIAL RELATIONSHIP MANAGER – Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

CCNB, a growing community bank is seeking a Senior Commercial Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Lending team in our Myrtle Beach market. This position will be responsible for commercial loan production and new commercial deposit generation. They will collect and analyze applicant financial information and recommend approval of commercial loan requests. The incumbent will be responsible for extensive portfolio management and underwriting of commercial loan applications. They will also serve as a community leader.

Minimum job requirements/experience:

• Seven years of successful commercial lending and deposit gathering experience.
• Proficient knowledge of commercial loan underwriting and cash flow analysis.
• Bachelors Degree preferred.

IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST – Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

We are seeking a full-time dedicated and knowledgeable IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing assistance to users of company technology, perform systems maintenance, manage software and hardware, while assisting with information security systems to ensure a stable and compliant IT infrastructure. This position reports to and collaborates with the IT Director.

Duties

• Provide IT help desk support to employees
• Complete daily monitoring of network and firewall activity
• Support the bank in resolving operational and network issues
• Maintain and ensure proper antivirus deployment, manage and replace end of life software and hardware, remediate vulnerabilities.
• Maintain hardware, configure workstations and distribute to staff as needed, assist in moving equipment when needed.
• Assist with project management, such as overseeing the establishment of all IT needs for new buildings\offices at the direction of the IT Director.
• Maintains and reinforces the IT and Information Security policies of the bank and helps provide IT training throughout the organization. Assists with audits and exams.
• Serves as a critical member of the Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Team.

This position requires occasional travel between CCNB’s multiple locations throughout the state.

Qualifications:

• Previous IT experience and/or IT education
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and follow tasks to completion.
• Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.

Preferred Requirements:

• Associate Degree
• 2 years experience in IT

CCNB, a growing community bank, is seeking a Loan Assistant to support our Commercial Lending team in our Myrtle Beach market. Position will provide direct administrative support to our commercial loan team. Responsibilities include serving as liaison internally and externally between customers, commercial loan officers, and third parties. The Loan Assistant will also assist throughout the commercial loan closing and funding process.

Minimum job requirements/experience:
   • Five years loan assistant experience in banking or real estate paralegal experience
• High school diploma
