SENIOR LOAN ASSOCIATE – Myrtle Beach, SC (Actively recruiting)
CCNB, an established and growing South Carolina community bank, seeks a full-time Senior Loan Associate at its Myrtle Beach location.
The Senior Loan Associate will be a senior member in the Loan Servicing and Processing areas. Processing includes, but is not limited to, preparing and boarding all commercial and consumer loans. Servicing includes but is not limited to helping both internal and external customers, escrow, PMI, insurance tracking and force placement, documentation imaging, documentation exception review and clearing, HMDA review and reporting, CRA review and reporting, reviewing commercial and consumer loans for documentation and compliance, and credit bureau reporting.
Lending Compliance: Must have a strong knowledge of all Federal regulations related to Loan Preparation (Commercial and Consumer – non-TRID) and Loan Servicing (commercial, consumer, and mortgage). Knowledge of SC regulations is a bonus.
Computer Skills:
• Microsoft Word and Excel skills are required, with an emphasis on the ability to write formulas and macros
• Laser Pro: user and admin knowledge, at least 5 years preferred
• Fiserv Navigator: user and admin knowledge, at least 5 years preferred
• Business Analytics: ability to write loan reports
• Contracts: CRA and HMDA modules
• eOscar: responds to disputes, acts as an admin

SENIOR COMMERCIAL RELATIONSHIP MANAGER – Myrtle Beach, SC
CCNB, a growing community bank is seeking a Senior Commercial Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Lending team in our Myrtle Beach market. This position will be responsible for commercial loan production and new commercial deposit generation. They will collect and analyze applicant financial information and recommend approval of commercial loan requests. The incumbent will be responsible for extensive portfolio management and underwriting of commercial loan applications. They will also serve as a community leader.
Minimum job requirements/experience:
• Seven years of successful commercial lending and deposit gathering experience.
• Proficient knowledge of commercial loan underwriting and cash flow analysis.
• Bachelors Degree preferred.

CCNB, Coastal Carolina National Bank, an established and growing South Carolina community bank, is seeking a full-time Roving CSR to support CCNB’s coastal branches. Although stationed at our Myrtle Beach Branch, the position will also be required to support North Myrtle Beach, Conway, and Garden City Branches as needed. Mileage is reimbursed.
They will be responsible for opening new accounts, making referrals for loans and mortgages, assisting customers with maintenance transactions, and delivering exemplary customer service. They will also perform Teller duties. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma, 1-3 years teller/banking experience, and excellent customer service skills.
