Ebert Joins CCNB Mortgage

Greenville, South Carolina, January 23, 2024 – CCNB, Coastal Carolina National Bank, is pleased to announce Colby Ebert, has joined CCNB, as Vice President, Mortgage Loan Officer. Ebert will be operating from our Greenville location while serving the mortgage needs of the Upstate.

“In addition to bringing thirteen years banking experience to the team, Colby brings a new energy and enthusiasm to our mortgage division” says Steve Hales, CCNB’s Senior Vice President, Mortgage Sales Director. “A native of Greenville, Colby was born into a banking family. His mother, Diane, worked with the mortgage industry for over forty years and his father, Chris, worked for JP Mortgage for sixteen years before starting his own business. Our clients will certainly benefit from Colby’s innate banking experience,” says Hales.

Ebert began his career in banking after graduating from the University of South Carolina, starting with BB&T (now Truist Bank). After seven years, he expanded his horizons and held various roles in the financial industry including commercial banking, retail management, and regional leadership. Most recently, he held a position at Southern First Bank as Team Leader/Senior Vice President.

Ebert currently resides in Greenville with his wife Lindsey and two children, Evans and Banks.
